STORE DISCLAMIER

  • At certain times, our distributor can change the released dates on certain music titles.  Therefore, we are not responsible for release date changes on any music titles. Date(s) will be updated on products as soon as reasonably possible.  If an order has already been processed at the point the date has been changed, the customer will be made aware of changes and how the ordered is effected.
  • ​Music titles (Vinyl, CDs, etc.) are only available for in store pick up only! Apparel items will be shipped to the address supplied by the customer.  In the case of orders processed containing both music titles and apparel, the apparel will be shipped and the customer will be notified when music title(s) can be picked up in the store.
  • ​No cash returns for music titles.  If the product is defective, customers will be issued a store credit in the amount of the music title(s) deemed to be defective.
  • No refunds for apparel items. Exchanges only.
